![]() I may have to request a refund if I can't find a solution that doesn't require me to go out and purchase a longer USB-C cable. We'll see if that helps at all, but I'm doubtful that it will). ![]() I opened a ticket with EA Help, but the Advisor really didn't have any other advice besides disabling my antivirus and restarting (which didn't help at all) followed by recommending a full reinstall (which I am trying now, but it's 100GB which takes me about 40 minutes with my internet speeds). There are many reasons you could be having connection problems. I have tried updating the controller firmware (which was out of date), my chipset Bluetooth driver (which was up to date), and verifying the game files via Origin (where I purchased the game) and so far the problem persists. If your Xbox One Wireless Controller is not syncing or connecting to your Xbox console, see the Xbox One Wireless Controller Won’t Connect to Console problem page for possible causes and solutions. I have also found that removing the batteries and connecting to my PC via USB-C corrects this issue, but my cable isn't long enough to allow me to sit centered at my desk while connected to my back panel (I, unfortunately, don't have a front panel USB-C port and have to connect to the rear I/O). Yet, in the options menu the X button performs as both A and X. My XBOX Series X Controller works just fine in the ME:LE launcher (all inputs working as intended), but as soon as I launch ME1 the Y-Axis becomes inverted (and the toggle in the game menu does nothing to correct this) and the A button becomes disabled/remapped to X.
